Located at 14 Show Place, the fixed price lump sum base-build project for Goodman Property included demolition of existing suspended ceiling grid system with replacement of the ceiling grid, partial replacement of the ceiling tiles (40% new and 60% re-used).  Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services were upgraded throughout with all necessary builders work, fire protection and fire and security upgraded.  An extremely ambitious program coupled with stringent quality and budgetary constraints has made this an exciting and challenging development for the design team and contractor alike.

The fixed price lump sum fit-out project for IAG included demolition of the existing tenant fit-out to prepare for new carpets and vinyl flooring, earthquake remedial works including painting to affected areas, new glazed partitions, new autex acoustic panelling and kitchenettes to office areas, relocation of existing joinery items, communication and data, electrical, fire and security upgrades.  This was a fixed price lump sum fit-out project for IAG.
