The Contract Works included the retrofit of a structural steel to provide additional floor seating to the existing concrete hollow core floor planks at each column junction.
Our role was to develop full contract documentation and to undertake a competitive tender to engage a suitable Main Contractor to complete the works with minimal disruption to the existing tenants.
