This project included the high end fit-out works of Aurecon’s commercial offices within King Edward Barracks – a Ngāi Tahu Property development. The works included upgrades and alterations to the standard base build finishes, power and data, heating and ventilation with new glazed and acoustic rated partitions throughout, timber raised floor, fixed joinery, loose fixtures, fittings and equipment, and feature lighting.
