This project involved a tenant fit-out of two spaces in The Christchurch Arts Centre. The main works were located on the ground floor in the north west corner of the former Boys’ High School building (tenancy spaces AA: G18 and AA: G19), and first floor (tenancy spaces AA: 122-125). The ground floor was predominantly fitted out as an i-SITE visitor information centre accessed by the public, with a small administration area at the western end separated from the public area by a partially glazed partition. The first floor space on the south side of the building was created into a staff amenity and storage area.
