The project comprised the conversion of the top floor penthouse into 21 new guestrooms including the complete replacement of envelope and roof.
We have been involved from its concept stage; preparing estimates from concept stage through to pre tender estimate, assisting the Project Manager in the preparation of tender documentation; attending design meetings, value engineering meetings, direct liaison with various consultants; provide cost advice; tender analysis; post tender interviews; and agreeing a contract sum.
