This project involved the construction of 3 new build residential care buildings incorporated into an existing village, comprising of 28 high end independent apartments and 34 assisted living suites, all set within new landscaped grounds and linked back to the main village care centre, encompassing a total site size of 7120 m2.
We have been involved since this new development began, and Blocks B and C – independent living apartments, have reached successful completion.
We are working with the project team currently to deliver the Block A – high-care facility.
