Kerewhenua and Uku are two new neighbourhoods that are being developed at Hobsonville Point, Auckland.
Kerewhenua comprising 111 homes and Uku, slightly smaller, with 97, contain a mix of sizes and styles, they feature a number of one to three bedroom apartments and up to four bedroom terrace homes with the first stage of homes ready for occupancy in 2018.
WT Partnership is responsible for estimates, cost plan monitoring, contractor procurement and construction cost management.
