Kerewhenua and Uku are two new neighbourhoods that were developed at Hobsonville Point, Auckland.

Kerewhenua comprises of 111 homes and Uku, is slightly smaller, with 97. They contain a mix of sizes and styles; they feature a number of one to three-bedroom apartments and up to four-bedroom terrace homes.

We were responsible for estimates, cost plan monitoring, contractor procurement and construction cost management.
