The scheme comprised the construction of a new build 333 space multi-storey car park located on a prominent position on Wellesley Street, within the tight confines of the existing Les Mills site.  Advantage has been taken of the substantial street frontage utilising ground floor space for retail units and focused access to the wider Les Mills facilities.

The key drivers for the scheme were to ensure it was visually striking, futureproofed and provided a key link to the wider masterplan of the site.  Through the design development process we worked collaboratively with the design team to ensure the key objectives were achieved, whilst still driving maximum value into the project, with a key focus being placed upon the facade solution and interfaces with the existing buildings.
