Mainstream acquired the former scrapyard site to be used for overflow truck parking but due to a change of use, a Resource Consent was required to develop the site.

The initial project phase involved design development to provide supporting consent design documentation including sediment & erosion plans, specification to ensure a robust and complete Resource Consent application.

The subsequent phase included developing design to ‘For Construction’ status, pre-tender estimate and project management of the civils remediation.
