The Urban Design Project was part of the wider Devonport Master Plan.  The works included an upgrade to the Devonport wharf and the development of Maritime Square to create a memorable entrance space into Devonport from the ferry terminal, and to create an area that works for all forms of transport and pedestrians whilst encouraging development and economic growth in the area.

We were part of the Urban Design Team chosen to deliver this project.  Our role was to develop the contract cost estimates from concept through to detailed design, and to produce the tender documentation to be issued by North Shore City Council.
