This project is under a PPP contract with the Ministry of Education and the ShapEd consortium.  It consists of the design, construction and 25-year maintenance of  five new schools in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch.

The ShapEd consortium consisted of PIP Fund II, CPB Contractors and South Island-based Southbase Construction, Pacific Partnerships, ASC Architects and Spotless Facility Services.

We were appointed as the Financiers’ Certifier for this project.
