The North Island Grid Upgrade Project was one of the largest transmission projects to be undertaken in New Zealand since 1960. The project involved building a new power link between Whakamaru and Auckland.
The services we provided included Target Outturn Cost (TOC) adjustment calculations for the Client which enabled successful negotiation of the final project construction contract.
