Paerata Rise, Auckland

Paerata Rise is a new build lifestyle community being developed between Karaka and Pukekohe, approximately 40 minutes from Central Auckland, comprising 4,500 new houses intertwined with green spaces, cycle paths and walkways. It will include 5ha of neighbourhood reserves, schools, a retail precinct, and a transport hub including a railway station.

The Stage 1 subdivision is the first stage of residential development. It includes 96 residential lots, roading, pedestrian and cycle accessways, on-street parking, streetscape design and landscaping, stormwater, wastewater, water supply and utilities.

WT Partnership Infrastructure are currently providing bank precondition reports, and are working on an ongoing basis with Grafton Downs Limited as the scope of the project develops.
