Project Pure – Wastewater Treatment Plant and Reticulation

Project Pure is the wastewater system for the townships of Wanaka and Albert Town. As the treatment plant is located six kilometres out of town, a network comprised of a new pump station and large diameter pipes were required.  Key features of the State Highway 6 Pump Station facility include a bark chip bio filter for odour treatment and a stacked schist facade on the control building.

Our role included pre-design estimate reviews, preparation of tender documents, detailed design estimates, tender evaluation and negotiation and full post contract cost control including final account preparation and negotiations.
