The Quad 5 development is a four-storey, 48,000m2 office block and has some distinctive design characteristics including curtain walling, a green wall trellis system and hub ribbon wall There is 850m2 on the ground floor for retail, office and gym space, plus the third and fourth floors have 1,055m2 available on each floor. Auckland Airport Head Office is located on the first floor.
The Quad 5 has achieved a 5 Green Star Design rating.
Earthworks commenced in June 2011 and the project completed in August 2012.
