The Regeneration area is a combination of all the land that was red-zoned following the February 2011 earthquakes. Regenerate Christchurch was tasked with providing a long term master plan for the redevelopment of the area, for which we provided cost advice, including the development of a cost model.
Our role included the provision of a master plan estimate as well as individual estimating for component parts of the master plan where applicable.
