The project was for the retrofit and seismic strengthening to a 40+ year old shopping complex located in Takapuna, Auckland.  The works included full refurbishment of mall spaces and upgrades to food offering and a supermarket shell.

We provided full quantity surveying services throughout the design, procurement and construction phases.
