This project was for the fit out of a ten-screen cinema complex for SkyCity Cinemas in the Westfield Albany Mega Centre comprising:

  • 8 screens with digital projection (2 with 3D capability)
  • 2 Gold Class screens
  • Gold Class lounge, kitchen, bar and toilets
  • Concessions and bar
  • Toilet and back of house facilities

We were involved from inception through to completion, providing estimate updates throughout all the design phases, preparation of a full schedule of prices, tender evaluation and cost management through the construction phase.
