As part of the Christchurch City Council earthquake stock replenishment scheme, we provided full quantity surveying services on a number of social housing projects.  We note individual scopes below:

Osborne & Innes Courts: 12 new 1 bed and 4 new 2 bed units with a mixed tenant profile as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $2.7 million.

Harman Court: 14 new 1 bed units and 4 new 2 bed units with a mixed tenant profile as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $2.9 million.

Dundee Place: 12 new elderly persons houses as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $1.5 million.

Knightsbridge Lane: 8 new elderly persons houses as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $885,000

HP Smith: 4 new single bed units with a mixed tenant profile as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $527,000

Berwick Street: 3 new 1 bed units as part of the EQ stock replenishment scheme. $390,000
