SugarTree is a unique, multi-faceted development that brings together apartments, retail, entertainment and workspace.

The Prima building comprises of 148 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, 15 retail units, 7 with mezzanine floors and 8 without.  The stone paved courtyard has discreet seating areas framed by landscaping and a central water feature.  Underground car parking is also provided.

Stage 2 consisted of the Centro building and marks the second phase of development.  Housing around 220 one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a four-bedroom rooftop penthouse.  The development also includes commercial and retail shops on the ground floor, which overlook the central gardened areas and underground parking facilities.

Stage 3 is the Altro building, comprised of 289 one, two and three bedroom apartments.  The development also includes commercial and retail shops on the ground floor and underground parking facilities.
