The projects purpose was the development of a new Trades, Engineering and Construction facility featuring versatile, multi-purpose spaces that could be transformed from a workshop to a lecture theatre allowing students from different programs and courses to collaborate and learn from each other. Construction on this facility began in early 2016 and was completed by mid 2017.
This new built facility of 7,000m2 amalgamates a number of existing trade sectors previously operating out of separate buildings across the Unitec campus.
We provided full quantity surveying and cost management services.
