The Hub, Te Puna, has been redesigned to be the heart of the Unitec campus, and to support a more modern teaching and learning experience fitting of a modern 21st century Institute of Technology. Construction began in early 2016 and reached completion at the end of 2017.
The project included infilling of the large external open space between 2 existing buildings with a multi-level atrium and open student places providing a year round functional education space.
We provided full quantity surveying and cost management services
