Auckland Council, in conjunction with NZRPG, developed the new Massey North Town Centre incorporating a 3,500m2 three-storey regional library, a town square, community park, mall-style retail, office accommodation, large format retail precinct and a yard-based retail precinct.

We were appointed by Auckland Council to provide full professional quantity surveying services for the development of the town square, which featured a high quality shared space.
