WT Partnership have been appointed as Project QS for the construction of New Zealand’s first Park Hyatt hotel, in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.

Britomart Precinct is a 6.5-hectare waterfront precinct of heritage buildings, new developments and open and intimate public spaces. It is immediately adjacent to Auckland’s main transport hub, Britomart Transport Centre.

Auckland City Council has developed this 3,000 m² exhibition and conference facility on Auckland’s viaduct harbour.

The project comprises the conversion of the top floor penthouse into 21 new guestrooms including the complete replacement of envelope and roof.

The IBIS and Novotel are the first buildings to exit the Red Zone and the first major hotels to open in close proximity of the CBD benefiting from 100% occupancy rates.

Fitout of 10 screen cinema complex for SkyCity Cinemas in extension to Westfield Shopping Centre, Manukau. WT Partnership provided estimating and post contract management from inception to completion.

WT Partnership was involved from inception through to completion, providing estimate updates through all the design phases, preparation of a full Schedule of Prices, tender evaluation and cost management through the construction phase.

The Newmarket Cinemas fitout included auditorium, foyers and associated public areas incorporating Award Winning ‘Retro’ design from Walker Architects.

Westfield’s Queensgate complex in Wellington included the construction of a multi-cinema complex.
