Masterplanning

We were engaged as part of the original ‘Blueprint 100’ team, and worked closely with a select group of consultants to develop high level cost estimates to inform the blueprint/masterplan for the recovery of Christchurch post the 2010/2011 earthquake events.

We were engaged  by Centreport to provide assistance for their insurance claim following the November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake.

The ANZ ‘Optimisation’ Program comprised the consolidation and refurbishment of ANZ’s nationwide property portfolio following the merger with National Bank in 2012.

We worked alongside ASB to deliver fitout projects under the Business as Usual (BAU) nationwide program of works.  Works included seismic upgrades to branches, fitouts of corporate offices, refurbishments of office spaces to suit activity based workspaces and other sundry projects.

WT worked with BNZ to roll out Transactional Self Service (TSS) ATM Machines to their retail network. 

To assist advancing internal projects on land and buildings owned by Auckland Council We were engaged to manage their investigation and design process to provide solutions for a range of assets needing urgent attention to provide better uses to be enjoyed by the communities they were located in throughout the greater Auckland region.

Regenerate Christchurch was tasked with providing a long term master plan for the redevelopment of the area, for which we provided cost advice, including the development of a cost model.

Following the September 2010 and February 2011 earthquake events in Christchurch, we were appointed to carry out infrastructure rebuild estimates for works including land remediation, roads, bridges, utility services, water treatment and infrastructure assets.
