Redevelopment

Tepid Baths was a substantial redevelopment of this iconic heritage aquatic facility located on a difficult inner city site surrounded by main arterial routes.

WT completed the full Pre and Post Contract commercial administration for the project including production of estimates from concept to pre-tender stages, Tender Documents and Cost Management and reporting.

The project entailed the refurbishment and construction of additional cinemas for the Rialto Cinema Group’s Newmarket Cinemas.

The restoration of Onehunga Foreshore is thought to be the world’s largest foreshore reclamation project for recreational purposes.

The redevelopment of Eden Park Stadium for the 2011 Rugby World achieved Practical Completion in August 2010.  The project included a three tier South Stand which includes the main players changing facilities, 52 corporate boxes, hospitality lounges, public concourses, commentary and broadcast suites and seating for 21,500.

Through a detailed design process drawing on international standards the redevelopment has been able to retain the heritage fabric of the original buildings yet incorporate contemporary building elements. 

Ashburton Operating Theatre and Wards comprised construction of a new integrated Operating Theatre and Acute Assessment Unit building adjacent to the existing hospital.
