Lance is a founding Director and Shareholder of WT. With 30 years’ experience in the New Zealand construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor, Lance has a reputation for delivering projects within his Client’s budget expectations.
Lance’s extensive experience in the New Zealand construction industry has developed market-leading strengths in Quantity Surveying, specifically in pre-construction estimating, project feasibility studies, cost planning, master planning, project viability studies, contractor negotiations under a variety of methods of procurement and final account resolution.
Lance’s experience, gained as a result of being on both the contractor and consultant teams, has established a considerable appreciation for issues affecting all contracting parties.
