Billie is based in our Wellington office, where she provides key support to the Advisory team and wider business operations. With a background in high-growth, purpose-led organisations, she brings a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and systems thinking.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Billie has held a range of roles across executive support, project coordination, CRM implementation, and business development. She is known for her collaborative approach, adaptability, and ability to bring structure to complex environments – always striving to apply a thoughtful and creative mindset.

Her day-to-day work includes director support, coordinating RFPs and client presentations, managing invoicing, and ensuring smooth office operations.
