Dominic is a Charted Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience working in the built environment delivering large and complex commercial/healthcare and banking projects in New Zealand, Africa, and the United Kingdom. He has strong leadership skills from project team environments to client-side relationship development.
Dominic has significant experience in the property asset and facilities management fields having been employed in significant leadership positions for both property consultancies and for large corporate businesses with profit and loss responsibility. This experience ensures the scope of building surveying services are tailored to suit the varied property ownership requirements be they from property investors and fund managers, or owner occupiers.
Dominic has managed, developed, and grown teams of construction professionals. He is an impactful leader and motivator who embraces new technologies and ideas that enhance efficiency and drive effectiveness.
