Since joining WT’s Infrastructure Team in 2013, Julie has brought sharp insight and financial rigour to major projects like Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team (SCIRT), Lyttelton Port, and the Avon River Precinct. Now part of the Wakatipu Transport Alliance, she continues to deliver smart, efficient auditing for complex infrastructure programmes.
