Michael is skilled in and has delivered projects across a range of areas including asset management strategy, facilities management strategy, condition assessment and capex forecasting, procurement and contract management.
At WT, Michael has continued to guide our clients through their asset and facilities management journeys, focusing on helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes from their investment in AM/FM data and processes, life cycle cost forecasting and operational strategy.
