With a strong background in event management, operations and project management in both leading and support roles, she provides a well-founded approach to supporting our high-performing team.
Originally from Alabama, Monica has held a variety of roles across the USA, Australia and New Zealand, supporting high-functioning teams to deliver their best. Her experience is well-rounded, ranging across event management, marketing, billing, operations for both product and service-based businesses, and spans across a broad range of industries.
At WT, Monica is the smooth operator behind the project management team, coordinating meetings, training sessions and logistics, invoicing, ensuring consistency across proposals, documentation and operations, and also assists with office operations alongside the national team of administrators.
