With an extensive background in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, alongside practical Main Contractor experience, Richard has been hugely beneficial to numerous projects where procurement, administration, financial management, reporting, and understanding of construction has been critical to the delivery and success of the project’s outcome.
Richard’s experience is derived from working extensively within the UK and New Zealand with Government departments, commercial parties, city councils, independent schools, community groups and trusts across a diverse spectrum of projects that include housing, schools, community facilities, supermarkets, seismic works, museum and arts, swimming pool and sports facilities, and heritage buildings.
Richard is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, with senior leadership background that can bring teams together on projects to deliver successful outcomes to our clients and the wider team. He enjoys direct communication with clients, design team and contractors, working in collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for projects.
