Ryan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked across a diverse range of projects from large scale infrastructure and commercial site developments to data centre upgrades in NZ and the UK.
Ryan began with WT in 2011 working through from an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to Associate in 2023.
Working across multiple sectors in complex environments, Ryan has developed a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘best for project’ approach that ensures risks and opportunities are identified early.
A rapport building, collaborative approach allows Ryan to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, design team members and contractors alike.
Ryan has a diverse portfolio of sector experience across infrastructure, commercial, rail, industrial, healthcare, tertiary facilities, hotels, offices, social housing, insurance loss and retail.
