As Managing Director of WT New Zealand, Scott is focused on building a strong business and a thriving team. Since taking the reins in 2022, he has led the development and rollout of the company’s first nationwide strategy, championed a culture of collaboration, and brought people together through initiatives such as WT’s inaugural national summit.
Scott combines ideas with action, vision with delivery. He remains hands-on with projects, drawing on over 30 years of deep and broad experience to help clients assess feasibility and commit to projects with confidence. For Scott, the greatest reward comes in transforming an idea on a page into an action-ready plan for success.
Since joining WT in 2004, Scott has played a key role – first helping to lay strong foundations, and now leading the organisation forward with clarity and ambition. Whether working on the business or the projects it enables, Scott ensures goals are inspiring, plans are realistic, people are supported, and objectives are achieved.
