In the UK Scott held the position of Partner in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy practice in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Over a 16-year period Scott worked his way up through the promotions of QS, Senior QS and Associate to eventually become a Partner in May 2010. Scott joined WT in Christchurch, NZ as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to Associate Director, he is a valued and key leader in our team.
Scott has considerable experience from inception to completion in the industrial, commercial, education, residential, fit out, community facility, leisure, and health sectors, acting in the role of Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Client Representative, Contract Administrator and Project Manager.
Scott is well versed in stakeholder management and the requirements of in-depth cost reporting and deadline management. He has been involved with many education projects of varying complexities and on a range of sites.
