Thomas joined WT during his final year of university before earning a Bachelor of Construction majoring in Quantity Surveying. Since then, he has gained 5 years of experience across a range of projects and sectors from high-end residential to industrial and healthcare, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
With a keen eye for detail and forward thinking, Thomas adds value to his projects and ensures his clients are informed to facilitate timely and risk-averse decision making. Robust interpersonal and communication skills have also enabled Thomas to develop strong client relationships and begin growing his network on all fronts of the industry.
Thomas is in the process of becoming qualified as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
