With over 30 years’ international experience working as a building surveyor, Tony has gained substantial experience providing both technical and commercial advice to a variety of clients from large property portfolio managers, government bodies and lenders to private homeowners. Experience includes managing multi-disciplinary teams of property consultants whilst training/guiding cadets along their pathways to professional membership of world eminent institutions.
Working in the UK and New Zealand, Tony has effectively delivered surveying services, evaluating the state of numerous educational structures and offering comprehensive remedial suggestions along with cost assessments.
Tony is an executive member of the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors with particular expertise in weathertightness and has acted as an expert witness in numerous building and property legal cases. Tony has also overseen numerous remediation projects and quality assurance assessments.
