As Director of Project Management, Warren leads WT’s national team delivering complex, high-value projects across a range of sectors including justice, health, aviation, and local government. With more than 25 years’ experience across New Zealand and the UK, he brings the powerhouse combination of commercial acumen, technical understanding and strategic foresight needed to deliver major projects with confidence.
Warren’s approach is grounded in clear-minded problem solving and solid governance. He has acted as Engineer to Contract on multimillion-dollar programmes and guided projects through business case, procurement and delivery phases, ensuring risks are understood, stakeholders aligned and outcomes achieved.
