Zoë’s longstanding Quantity Surveying career began in the UK, where she worked on a diverse range of large-scale projects. She moved to New Zealand in 2013, where she gained experience in major infrastructure and vertical construction projects before joining WT in 2020 as a dispute resolution specialist.
Appointed as a Director in 2022, she now leads our Contract Services team, providing independent quantum expertise in arbitration, adjudication and litigation. Zoë also undertakes bank funding and due diligence reviews. Whatever the challenge at hand, she works with independence and clarity to provide the trusted insight clients need to navigate situations with confidence.
Zoë’s unique combination of forensic-level analysis, a problem-solving mindset and ‘time in the seat’ enables her to assist with resolutions in high-stakes disputes. Not only does she help clients and decision-makers resolve conflicts fairly, she ensures the right lessons are taken onboard for the future.
