Chloe qualified with a Bachelor of Construction majoring in Quantity Surveying from Massey University in November 2012 and joined WT in early 2015. She is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is a South Island Regional Committee Member of Property Council New Zealand.
Chloe is a key team member on both the Financier’s Representative projects and quality residential developments. Chloe has considerable experience in complex construction projects and first principles estimating and has developed strong contract agreement knowledge specifically with NZS 3910 & 3916.
