Julian began working in South Africa as a Quantity Surveyor in 2011, initially working in the industrial and infrastructure sectors and later focusing on large scale residential developments.
Prior to relocating to New Zealand Julian was responsible for all aspects of cost and value management of all projects for a fast-growing property developer in South Africa.
Julian has been involved on a number of local projects across various stages from inception through to completion, delivering projects within budget and achieving substantial savings for clients.
