Kenny has over 16 years’ experience in quantity surveying covering both commercial and infrastructure projects. Kenny started his career working in Dubai as part of a Cost Management Team. He has been employed with WT since March 2012 and has provided services to several key clients such as The Arts Centre, The Anglican Church, Lyttelton Port Company, CERA, Ōtākaro, KiwiRail, and Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC). Kenny has acquired significant experience in providing Cost Management services on several prestigious construction projects in the Middle East and New Zealand. His knowledge of Cost Management functions and understanding of NZ3910 has been fundamental to ensure smooth delivery and administration of construction projects.
In 2019 WT was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the QLDC 3 waters programme to be delivered through to the end of 2025. Kenny relocated down from Christchurch to Queenstown in October 2021 and is responsible for managing all QS related deliverables. Current projects include full QS services on projects ranging from $2m to $50m. Kenny’s extensive successful delivery of 3 waters projects mean that he is ideally placed to act as our subject matter expert.
