Supporting the executive leadership team at WT for almost a decade, Phillippa is the cornerstone to the success of many large projects with her excellent operations support. With a commitment to detail and high standard of work, all done in a way that appears effortless, it’s no wonder this team has kept her as their right hand for an impressive tenure.
Phillippa’s career progression from local, to national, to international company support roles is impressive, and reflects her commitment to growth on a personal level but also for those that she supports. At WT, she has followed a similar strong career progression from personal assistant to executive assistant, and currently in as our Business Operations Lead. Her approach is calm and detailed, and she enjoys finding ways to improve how we work.
