Sinclair has extensive experience across a variety of projects, including residential houses, multi-storey apartments, hotels, high-rise mixed-use developments, and public facilities. He excels in collaborative environments, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully bring projects to completion.
One of Sinclair’s key projects was the Hobsonville Housing project, where he successfully managed both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities, overseeing everything from budget estimation to final account negotiations with contractors.
In addition to his technical expertise, Sinclair is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling him to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
