Luke has been a Director of WT’s infrastructure service line since 2015 and is experienced across a broad range of infrastructure projects, allowing him to offer expert advice tailored to his clients’ requirements. Luke’s expertise covers New Zealand-wide transport, rail, ports, airports, public realm, wastewater projects and more. This expertise includes the management of large programmes of work, for example Luke has worked on several major earthquake regeneration programmes in Christchurch.
With excellent masterplanning and audit program experience, Luke's core skills are relevant in all project stages right through to post-contract cost management and claims disputes.
Luke is team-focused with a calm and pragmatic approach. He provides clients with a progressive and innovative perspective, alongside specialist knowledge that is rare in the industry.
