Medbury School is a private school for boys from Years 1 to 8, located in the heart of Fendalton in Christchurch. We were engaged to provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying, and the outcome for both new teaching blocks was a quality product delivered on time and within budget.
NTB1 – New Teaching Block 1 involved the construction of an 810m2 new teaching block, including a requirement to tie the new block into an existing building. Additionally, the work comprised of the hard and soft external landscaping.
NTB2 – New Teaching Block 2 involved the construction of an 843m2 new teaching block. The project benefitted from lessons leant when the work was undertaken on NTB1. Additionally, the work comprised of hard and soft external landscaping.
