A highly experienced cost manager with over 30 years experience working in the UK and New Zealand, Pete has successfully delivered a number of politically sensitive and high profile construction projects in New Zealand.
As a specialist cost planner working across both the public and private sectors, Pete has delivered projects across a wide range of construction sectors including commercial, retail, residential, sporting facilities, education, aviation and large scale master planning such as the Christchurch Blueprint post Earthquake Rebuild.
Pete was engaged as an Independent Cost Advisor representing the NZ Government on the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services Building and the Ministry of Primary Industries Buildings in Auckland.
