Tepid Baths was a substantial redevelopment of this iconic heritage aquatic facility located on a difficult inner city site surrounded by main arterial routes.

The redevelopment involved replacement of the key dilapidated elements of the building whilst maintaining the historical significance of the original site.

The regenerated building has created new facilities and services in line with current day world class aquatic facility expectations.

We were responsible for initial estimates, cost plan monitoring, contractor procurement, construction cost management and final account resolution.
