Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading producer of market pulp, paper, and fibre-based packaging for local and global markets with the majority of their operations based in New Zealand.
Oji Fibre Solutions has invested in a new 36,000m2 purpose-built facility in Hornby, Christchurch comprising of a manufacturing space, warehouse, storage areas, offices, support areas, amenities, covered loading and service areas.
Considering the Design and Build Contract, we have worked in conjunction with the contractor from the early stages, reviewing and estimating all design information as it became available to identify and understand the risks for Oji Fibre Solutions. During post contract, we continue to work closely with the contractor to keep our cost brackets and controls aligned in order to keep the client well informed through financial reporting and monthly cost meetings.
